Booking a plot requires payment of a booking amount as displayed or communicated by the Company.
Plot price generally includes land cost + basic development cost unless specified.
Government charges like GST, stamp duty, registration charges, external development charges (EDC/IDC) are not included unless clearly mentioned.
All payments must be completed as per the schedule shared at the time of booking.
Delayed payments may attract late fees or cancellation as per Company policy.
Allotment is subject to successful payment and document verification.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any booking.
Users must obtain all required government approvals (construction, building plan permissions, etc.) before any development.
Usage of the plot must comply with zoning rules (residential/industrial/commercial, etc.).
Refund/cancellation shall strictly follow our official Refund Policy.
If an applicant withdraws before allotment, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per policy.
Once allotment is confirmed or if the sale deed is executed, cancellation may not be allowed.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within the timelines mentioned in the Refund Policy.
All government levies like GST, stamp duty, registry charges, mutation charges, development charges, environmental fees, etc. must be paid by the User.
If government revises charges at any point, the User must pay the revised amounts.
The User must provide correct and updated information during enquiry and booking.
Any misuse of the Website including fraudulent submissions, false documents, or misleading information may lead to cancellation or legal action.
Users agree not to misuse Website materials or attempt unauthorized access.
All plot details, images, layout plans, maps, pricing, or specifications shown on the Website are indicative and may change without notice.
